Section 34:11-81 - Construction of act; severabilitya. Nothing in P.L. 2023, c. 262 (C.34:11-69 et al.) shall be construed to diminish any rights or protections granted to domestic workers by any other law.b. If any provision of P.L. 2023, c. 262 (C.34:11-69 et al.) or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of P.L. 2023, c. 262 (C.34:11-69 et al.), which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of P.L. 2023, c. 262 (C.34:11-69 et al.) are severable.Added by L. 2023, c. 262, s. 23, eff. 7/1/2024.
