Section 18A:7G-40 - Prequalified contractors exempt from other prequalifying process

A contractor who has been prequalified as a bidder on school facilities projects in accordance with the process established by the development authority pursuant to section 59 of P.L. 2000, c. 72(C.18A:7G-33) shall not be required to undergo any other prequalification process to bid on a school facilities project.
