Notwithstanding any provisions of the "County College Contracts Law," P.L. 1982, c.189 (C.18A:64A-25.1 et seq.) to the contrary, a county college may use electronic procurement processes for public works construction contracts, pursuant to the requirements of section 4 of P.L. 2020, c. 59(C.52:34A-4).
