Section 18A:3B-97 - Rules, regulations

The Secretary of Higher Education shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of sections 6 through 12 of P.L. 2021, c. 27(C.18A:3B-90 through C.18A:3B-96).
