Section 17B:30-56 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Rules, regulations

The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to carry out the purposes of P.L. 2023, c. 296 (C.17B:30-55.1 et al.).
