Section 17:31-15 - Rules, regulations

The commissioner may promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
