Section 17:22B-3 - License required for adjustera. No individual, firm, association or corporation shall act as an adjuster in this State unless authorized to do so by virtue of a license issued or renewed pursuant to this act.b. No adjuster shall act on behalf of an insured unless licensed as a public adjuster.c. The holder of a license under this act may act as an adjuster without any other license.
