Section 12:7C-20 - Rules, regulations

The commission may promulgate pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) such rules and regulations deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of P.L. 1975, c.369 (C.12:7C-7 et seq.).
