Section 275:41-b - Pay DisclosureI. No employer shall require the following as a condition of employment: (a) That an employee refrain from disclosing the amount of his or her wages.(b) That an employee sign a waiver or other document that purports to deny the employee the right to disclose the amount of his or her wages, salary, or paid benefits.II.
