N.H. Rev. Stat. § 125-C:19
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The powers and functions vested in the commissioner under the provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to affect in any manner the powers, duties and functions vested in the department of health and human services under any other provision of law.
