Section 660.235 - Preemption of codes, ordinances and regulations of local governments relating to safety of customers at automated tellers1.NRS 660.115 to 660.235, inclusive, supersede and preempt all codes, ordinances or regulations of counties, cities, towns and local agencies regarding the safety of customers at automated tellers located in this state.2.
