Section 639.2805 - Substances licensed for manufacture in Nevada: Filling prescriptions; labeling of containers1. A pharmacist or practitioner is not subject to any penalty for filling a prescription for a substance licensed for manufacture in this state if the prescription is issued to a patient by his or her practitioner.2.
