Section 618.695 - Unauthorized advance notice of inspection1. Any person who gives advance notice of any inspection of a workplace to be conducted under this chapter, without authority from the Administrator shall be punished by a fine of not more than $2,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 6 months, or by both fine and imprisonment.2.
