Section 616B.545 - "Board" defined

As used in NRS 616B.545 to 616B.560, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "Board" means the Board for the Administration of the Subsequent Injury Account for Self-Insured Employers created pursuant to NRS 616B.548.
