Section 616A.305 - "Self-insured employer" defined

"Self-insured employer" means any employer who possesses a certification from the Commissioner of Insurance that the employer has the capability to assume the responsibility for the payment of compensation pursuant to chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS.
