Section 612.7116 - Employer and Administrator immunity1. An employer who complies with a notice to withhold income pursuant to NRS 612.7102 that is regular on its face may not be held liable in any civil action for any conduct taken in compliance with the notice.2. Compliance by an employer with a notice to withhold income pursuant to NRS 612.7102 is a discharge of the employer's liability to the person as to that portion of the income affected.3.
