Section 604A.010 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 604A.015 to 604A.125, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.

Amended by 2021, Ch. 347,§40, eff. on the date on which the Commissioner of Financial Institutions notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry has sufficient capabilities to allow the Commissioner to carry out the amendatory provisions for all other purposes.
