Section 489.351 - Examination of applicant for license; waiver for specialty serviceperson in certain circumstances1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Administrator shall require an oral or written examination of each applicant for a license as a dealer, distributor, responsible managing employee, salesperson, general serviceperson or specialty serviceperson.2.
