Section 485.280 - Return of deposit A deposit or any balance thereof must be returned to the depositor or his or her personal representative:
1. When evidence satisfactory to the Department has been filed with it that there has been a release from liability, a final adjudication of nonliability or an acknowledged agreement, in accordance with paragraph (h) of subsection 1 of NRS 485.200; or2.
