Section 453.221 - Regulations; fees1. The Board may adopt regulations and charge reasonable fees relating to the registration and control of the dispensing of controlled substances within this State.2. The Board may charge an additional fee for dispensing controlled substances included in schedules I to V, inclusive, to cover the cost of developing and maintaining the computerized program developed pursuant to NRS 453.162.
