Section 442.007 - Standards for perinatal care: Regulations of State Board of Health1. The State Board of Health shall adopt regulations establishing standards for perinatal care provided by any provider of health care, based on recommendations submitted to the Board by the School of Medicine and School of Nursing of the Nevada System of Higher Education.2.
