Section 432B.322 - Inapplicability of provisions to certain reports, investigations or information

The provisions of NRS 432B.220 to 432B.322, inclusive, do not apply to any report submitted, investigation performed or information maintained under the provisions of NRS 392.275 to 392.365, inclusive.
