Section 424.190 - Recruitment of potential foster homes by foster care agency; training of providers of foster homes1. A foster care agency may identify potential foster homes and encourage a potential foster home to apply to the licensing authority for a license to conduct a foster home.2. A foster care agency shall ensure that each person with whom it contracts as a provider of foster care receives any training required by the provisions of this chapter or by the licensing authority, including, without limitation, specific training to meet the needs of a population that requires specific services.Added to NRS by 2013, 1439Added by 2013, Ch. 306,§16, eff. 10/1/2013.
