Section 424.170 - Persons associated with foster care agency prohibited from engaging in certain activities with foster care agency A member of the governing body, employee, consultant, contractor, volunteer or vendor of a foster care agency may not:
1. Be a provider of foster care who has a contract with the foster care agency for the placement of children unless approved by the licensing authority; or2. Be a biological parent of a child in the custody of an agency which provides child welfare services or of a child placed by a juvenile court in a foster home operated by the foster care agency.Added to NRS by 2013, 1438Added by 2013, Ch. 306,§14, eff. 10/1/2013.
