Section 403.180 - Standard county roads: Designation; maintenance1. When any roads shall have been rebuilt or constructed and made to meet with such specifications as may be outlined by the board of county highway commissioners, which shall include grading, draining, macadamizing, graveling or retrofitting pursuant to NRS 403.575, and shall have been declared by the board of county highway commissioners to be standard county roads, then they shall be termed and designated as standard county roads.2.
