Section 396.320 - Grounds for dismissal or removal of certain personnel1. The willful neglect or failure on the part of any teacher, instructor, professor, president or chancellor in the System to observe and carry out the requirements of this chapter is sufficient cause for the dismissal or removal of the person from his or her position.2.
