Section 278.120 - Regional planning commission: Appropriation of money for expenses1. The governing body of each municipality and of each county included within a regional planning district is authorized independently or in collaboration with other governing bodies, in their discretion, to appropriate from the funds received by the county or municipality from general taxation or other source money for the expenses of the regional or county planning commission.2.
