Section 278.328 - Final action by planning commission on tentative map and final map: Authorization; appeal

The governing body may, by ordinance, authorize the planning commission to take final action on a tentative map and a final map. Any person aggrieved by the commission's action may appeal the commission's decision in accordance with the ordinance adopted pursuant to NRS 278.3195.
