Section 223.680 - Report regarding broadband services and infrastructureThe Director of the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology shall, not less than biennially:
1. Prepare a report that includes, without limitation:(a) A summary of the availability of broadband services throughout the State; and(b) Recommendations for the deployment of broadband infrastructure to underserved communities.2. Submit the report prepared pursuant to subsection 1 to the Governor and to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Legislature or, if the Legislature is not in session, to the Legislative Commission.Added to NRS by 2021, 3448Added by 2021, Ch. 519,§7.6, eff. 1/1/2022.
