Section 223.410 - Director: Appointment; classification; other employment or occupation prohibited

The Director of the Office of Finance:

1. Is appointed by, is responsible to and serves at the pleasure of the Governor.

2. Is in the unclassified service of the State.

3. Shall not engage in any other gainful employment or occupation.
