Section 147.200 - Status of judgment against estate1. The effect of a judgment rendered against a personal representative upon a claim for money against the estate of the decedent is only to establish the claim in the same manner as if it had been allowed by the personal representative, and the judgment must be that the personal representative pay, in due course of administration, the amount ascertained to be due.2. A certified copy of the judgment must be filed in the estate proceedings.3. No execution may issue upon the judgment, nor does it create any lien upon the property of the estate, nor give the judgment creditor any priority of payment.4.
