Section 120A.105 - "Payroll card" defined

"Payroll card" means a record that evidences a payroll card account, as defined in Regulation E, 12 C.F.R. Part 1005, as amended, adopted pursuant to the federal Electronic Fund Transfer Act, as amended, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1693 et seq.
