Section 60-1-230 - Mason Moore memorial highway(1) There is established the Mason Moore memorial highway on the existing U.S. highway 287 at mile marker 109.(2) The department shall design and install appropriate signs marking the location of the Mason Moore memorial highway at mile marker 109 on the northbound side stating his name, title, badge number, and the date of his passing.(3) Maps that identify roadways in Montana must be updated to include the location of the Mason Moore memorial highway when the department updates and publishes the state maps.Added by Laws 2019, Ch. 17,Sec. 1, eff. 2/26/2019.
