Section 37-54-518 - Advertising(1) An appraisal management company registered in this state shall disclose its registration number on its engagement letter for each appraisal assignment.(2) An appraiser shall list the appraisal management company's approved registration number in the body of the appraisal report.Amended by Laws 2015, Ch. 303, Sec. 6, eff. 10/1/2015.En.
