Section 37-47-402 - Duties of outfitters and guidesAn outfitter or guide offering professional services in this state shall:
(1) act as would a reasonably prudent member of the profession while engaging in providing the services authorized to be performed by a licensed member of the profession;(2) comply with all standards adopted by board rule.Amended by Laws 2013, Ch. 341, Sec. 15, eff. 10/1/2013.En.
