Section 35-8-212 - Filing fees(1) In addition to the filing fee authorized by 35-8-211, the secretary of state shall charge and collect from each foreign limited liability company: (a) an additional filing fee at the time of filing its articles of organization; and(b) an additional filing fee at the time of filing an application for a certificate of authority to transact business.(2) The fees authorized in this section must be set and deposited in accordance with 2-15-405.En.
