Section 25-13-709 - Conveyance of personal property not capable of manual deliveryWhen the purchaser of any personal property not capable of manual delivery pays the purchase price, the officer making the sale shall execute and deliver to the purchaser a certificate of sale. The certificate conveys to the purchaser all rights that the debtor had in the property on the day the execution or attachment was levied.
