Section 579.086 - Unlawful delivery of a controlled substance by manufacturer or distributor - penalty1. A manufacturer or distributor, or an employee of a manufacturer or distributor, commits the offense of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance when he or she knowingly delivers a controlled substance while acting recklessly as to whether the controlled substance will be used in violation of this chapter.2.
