Section 379.210 - Articles of incorporation shall specify whatAny persons proposing to form any such company shall subscribe and acknowledge articles of incorporation specifying:
(1) The name, the purpose for which formed, and the location of its principal or home office, which shall be within this state;(2) The names and addresses of those composing the board of directors in which the management shall be vested until the first meeting of the members;(3) The names and places of residence of the incorporators.Prior revisions: 1929 § 5840; 1919 § 6250
