Current with changes from the 2024 Legislative Session
A copy of the minutes of the proceedings of the respective boards, and a copy of the agreement certified and verified by the respective cashiers and secretaries of the banks and trust companies wherein the proceedings are had, shall be presumptive evidence of the action of the respective boards.
