Section 99-19-309 - Freedom of speech and freedom of assembly not abridged by Sections 99-19-301 through 99-19-307

Nothing in Sections 99-19-301 through 99-19-307 shall abridge freedom of speech or the freedom to peaceably assemble as protected in Article III, Sections 11 and 13 of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890 and the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
