Section 71-5-112 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2027] Funds to clear through state treasury; laws governing expendituresAll funds received by the Mississippi Department of Employment Security shall clear through the State Treasury as provided and required by Sections 71-5-111 and 71-5-453. All expenditures from the administration fund of the department authorized by Section 71-5-111 shall be expended only pursuant to appropriation approved by the Legislature and as provided by law.
