Section 71-5-107 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2027] Executive officerThe department shall administer this chapter through a full-time salaried executive director, to be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate. He shall be responsible for the administration of this chapter under authority delegated to him by the Governor.
