Section 63-21-215 - Payment of debt and exercise of possession

Any interested party may, at any time before a sale is made under the terms and provisions of the sale order, stop a threatened sale of a manufactured or mobile home by paying the amount due to the community owner or landowner on the amount actually past due rather than any amount accelerated, along with all accrued costs, attorneys' fees, commissioners' fees, sheriffs' fees, such taxes due and not paid, with proper interest and penalties thereon. Any such payment or payments shall reinstate, according to the terms of the agreement with the community owner or landowner, the amount so accelerated, the same as if such amount had not been accelerated or put in default.
