Section 49-17-123 - Construction against participation under Chapter 471, Laws of 1971, or in state pollution appropriations

Nothing in Sections 49-17-101 through 49-17-123 shall be construed as granting authority for participation under the provisions of Chapter 471, Laws of 1971, as now or hereafter amended or participation in state appropriations for pollution control purposes.
