Section 19-5-361 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2028] 911 service suppliers entitled to same limitations of liability as provided to state, state agencies and local governmentsAny Emergency 911 service supplier, Emergency 911 Voice over Internet Protocol service supplier, and Emergency 911 CMRS provider operating within the State of Mississippi, its employees, directors, officers, agents and subcontractors, shall be entitled to receive the limitations of liability as provided to the state, or any agency or local government of the state, pursuant to Section 11-46-15, Mississippi Code of 1972.
