Section 72A.504 - OBTAINING INFORMATION UNDER IMPROPER MEANS

Any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information about a person in violation of section 72A.493 is subject to a fine not to exceed $3,000 or imprisonment not to exceed 364 days, or both.
