Section 97A.455 - NONRESIDENT STUDENTS; FISHING, SMALL GAME, AND BIG GAME(a) A nonresident that is a full-time student at an educational institution in the state and resides in the state during the school year may obtain a resident license to take fish, small game, or big game, except moose, by providing proof of student status and residence as prescribed by the commissioner.(b) A nonresident that is a full-time foreign exchange student at a high school in the state and resides with persons in the state may obtain a resident license to take big game, except moose, by providing proof of foreign exchange student status as prescribed by the commissioner.1986 c 386 art 1 s 64; 1987 c 47 s 1; 1996 c 410 s 28
