Section 500.6101 - Definitions
As used in this chapter:
(a) "Authority" means the automobile theft prevention authority.(b) "Board" means the board of directors of the automobile theft prevention authority.(c) "Economic automobile theft" means automobile theft perpetrated for financial gain.
