Section 484.2301 - License to provide or resell basic local exchange service; temporary license(1) A telecommunication provider shall not provide or resell basic local exchange service in this state, without a license issued from the commission under this act.(2) Pending the determination of an application for a license, the commission without notice and hearing may issue a temporary license for a period not to exceed 1 year.Amended by 2005, Act 235, s 15, eff. 11/22/2005.1991, Act 179, Eff. 1/1/1992 ;--Am. 1995, Act 216, Imd.
